To manage uninterruptable smooth running of HT Network including operations, corrective & preventive maintenance of MV switch gears, PMT\'s, Substation & overhead transmission lines of 11 Kv network.

To remain in coordination with Grid protection, SCADA control room, underground cable & substation maintenance departments for better coordination during work flow under safety protocols.

Manage operations of HT protection relays, MV switch gears, fault locators, isolators, Ring main Unit, O/H line capacitors in coordination with relevant departments.

To assist Manager operation in expansion plans for upgrading distribution system & minimizing supply outages

To perform operations of power transformer & other shutdowns along with its load management for different departments & stake holders

Hand on experience on economic power dispatch calculations as per distribution requirements To coordinate with relevant departments for energization of new schemes and system improvement plans

To conduct safety trainings for subordinates & peers to make them in line with safety SOP of company

To design new network schemes & upgrading of existing network using AUTOCAD software

Assist Manager Utility in Installation & execution of Gas & HFO based Engine (3x 1MW & 2x 4.5MW)
Keep regular supervising in installation of Cable work of Engines, HT & LT Switch Boards
Supervise technical teams in the Installation of Substation (15KV Panels) & Power Transformers (15KV/6.3 KV)
Designing & Implementation of Grounding Network scheme of Engines & Panels
To conduct meetings with GE, Schneider and Orient Energy as per project requirements
To coordinate in Installation & Commissioning of Utilities such as RO plant, Cooling Tower, Radiators, Compressor, Air Ventilation system, Fire Hydrant & CCTV system.
Interpreting specifications, electrical drawings and standards relating to power engines
Support Manager Utility in project meetings with consultants, site surveys & in making Distribution Network SLD’s
Work closely with consultant, contractors & vendors in meeting project deadlines
To make project budgets, equipment lists, correspondence with inter departments & Inventory management

To assure continuously smooth running of Hi-tech machines, Heavy load motors (up to 90KW) & Hydraulic Pressers (up to 1500 Tons) including their break down & preventive maintenance through department teams
Responsible for the proper functioning and allocation of personnel in the job
To look & maintain 11 KV distribution network of the factory comprises of HT & LT panels,
transformers (1500 KVA) & back-up generating station (500KVA).
Involved in making inter department memos, approval notes, preventive maintenance
schedules & daily breakdown maintenance reports
